Watering Can Chicken (personal)

November 28, 2017

Quirky way to re-cycle a watering can.

Onto the body of the watering can I bolted wings of cultivator tines, a pitch fork tail, and angle grinder discs for the head.  The beak is the jaws of pruning shears, the ‘gobble’ is wire, the comb is mesh and the eyes are white plastic washers.

The plumage is bedding mesh draped from head to tail and old spanners form the legs which are mounted on an old spade head.

  • Size
60 cms high, 75 cms long, 32 cms wide
  • Materials
Old watering can, bedding mesh, pitch fork, pruning snips, angle grinder discs, old spanners, spade head, cultivator tines.
